Agreement

By purchasing and using Meridian ICP ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. The Service is operated by Meridian ICP ("we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the Service.

The Service

Meridian ICP is a one-time-purchase tool that conducts a structured AI interview and generates an Ideal Customer Profile report based on your responses. The report is generated in real-time during your session and delivered directly in your browser.

Purchase & Payment

The Service is available as a one-time purchase of $97 USD. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Upon successful payment, you receive immediate access to the interview and report generation tool.

Because the Service delivers its full value in a single session and the report is generated immediately, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from completing your report, contact us at contact@meridianicp.com and we will work with you to resolve it.

Your Data & Intellectual Property

You own your data. The responses you provide during the interview and the report generated from them belong to you. We claim no ownership or license over your interview content or your generated ICP report. You are free to use, share, modify, and distribute your report without restriction.

The report template, interview structure, prompt architecture, and underlying technology of the Service are the intellectual property of Meridian ICP. You may not reverse-engineer, reproduce, or redistribute the Service itself.

AI-Generated Content

The ICP report is generated by AI (Anthropic's Claude) based on your interview responses. While we have designed the system to produce high-quality, actionable output, the report represents a synthesis of the information you provide — it is not a substitute for professional consulting, market research, or strategic advice.

The quality and accuracy of the report depend on the depth and accuracy of the information you share during the interview. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes from using the report.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service for its intended purpose: generating an Ideal Customer Profile for your business. You agree not to:

Use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others. Attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Service's infrastructure. Resell access to the Service or represent the generated reports as a service you provide without disclosing the use of this tool.

Availability & Modifications

We strive to keep the Service available and functioning, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or improve the Service at any time. If we make material changes to these terms, we will update this page with a new effective date.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meridian ICP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service ($97 USD).

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
