Privacy Policy

Overview

Meridian ICP ("the Service") is operated by Meridian ICP ("we," "us," or "our"). This policy explains what data the Service collects, how it is used, and your rights regarding that data. We designed this product to minimize data collection — there are no user accounts, no email capture, and no tracking cookies.

What We Collect

Interview Responses

During the structured interview, your text and voice responses are sent to the Anthropic Claude API to generate follow-up questions and synthesize your ICP report. These responses are processed in real-time and are not stored on our servers. Once your report is generated, the transcript exists only in your browser's local storage — we do not retain a copy.

Payment Information

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see, handle, or store your credit card number, CVV, or billing details. Stripe provides us with a confirmation that payment was completed, your email address (as provided to Stripe), and a transaction ID. For Stripe's privacy practices, see stripe.com/privacy.

Browser Local Storage

The Service uses your browser's localStorage to persist your interview progress and generated report between page refreshes. This data lives entirely on your device. We cannot access it. You can clear it at any time by clicking "Start Over" or clearing your browser data.

No Cookies or Tracking

We do not use analytics cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking scripts. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or similar services. Your usage of the Service is not tracked or profiled.

How We Use Your Data

Your interview responses are used exclusively to generate your ICP report during your active session. They are sent to the Anthropic Claude API for processing and are subject to Anthropic's privacy policy. Anthropic does not use API inputs to train their models.

Payment confirmation data from Stripe is used solely to verify your purchase and grant access to the Service.

Data Retention

We do not store your interview transcript or report on any server. Your data persists only in your browser's localStorage until you clear it. Stripe retains payment records according to their own retention policy and applicable financial regulations.

Third-Party Services

The Service relies on two third-party providers:

Anthropic (Claude API) — Processes interview responses to generate questions and synthesize the report. Your responses are sent via API and are not used for model training.

Stripe — Processes one-time payments. Handles all credit card data directly. We never receive or store payment credentials.

Your Rights

Because we don't store your data on our servers, there is nothing for us to delete, export, or correct. Your report and interview data are under your control in your browser. If you have questions about data Stripe holds regarding your payment, contact Stripe directly or reach out to us and we will assist you.

Children's Privacy

The Service is designed for business professionals and is not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the Service evolves. Material changes will be noted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
